17 full years of agony! All Mrs Mathe could ever do was wail at the sudden shocks of pain that struck her back when least expected. Life for her became one long nightmare far too horrible to behold. This all began after giving birth to her first child.
Hopping from one hospital to the other and even going to self-accredited solution providers was now the new hobby she developed with time yet none of them brought about solution. With one report differing from the other, she tried all sorts of remedies to accommodate all the tales the consultants would tell her; one of them being “your vertebrae is too long, you need to firm up your back muscles to reduce the pain”, so lifting weights was the recommendation she had to abide by but this made things worse! A terrible pain would en masse her body whenever she tried. Mrs Mathe could no longer be the active and lively mother she used to be; she could barely lift any of her children let alone play with them. As a professional banker, sitting on the chair and typing was a very strenuous task. Snap, crackle and pop went her back whenever she tried to make any odd movements and such she lived in discomfort and agony.
Acupuncture, physiotherapy and a copious concoction of pills became a part of her life. At one point she had to take 36 pills a day! But that was all in vain as the pain still persisted. Her husband would even give a helping hand to the specialists and give his sickly wife a massage whenever she was robbed of peaceful sleep due to the agony of this chronic back pain but still it did not work.
The Monday Prayer Line service with the man of God is where it all ended for the devil who was actively raging at the life of Mrs. Mathe. Upon encountering Christ through the faculties of His able servant, Prophet Cedric, a swift touch was all it took to end the 17 year old predicament. Mrs Mathe is completely healed; the pain is no more and she can now perform her duties at work and at home freely.
