I have been praying for a job which is in line with my career for almost a year now. After I completed my studies in 2016, I enrolled for an apprenticeship in one of the local organizations. Having been in that organization for long, I thought they would offer me a permanent job because normally they absorb the trainees after the set period of training. However, with me the case was different as I was released and had to look for a job. During this period, my life was filled with hopelessness and struggle from every angle. I could not meet my needs and those of my child as a result of the unemployment. With time, I had to look for temporary jobs which were not in line with my profession just to make a living.
