When Nametso Sebitla came to the Gospel of God’s Grace Ministries in August 2013, she was heavy laden with disappointments, limitation, and stagnation in her career. Above all her worries was the candid fact that she had started working in 1998 but in all these years she did not receive promotion. ’ I remember receiving several upgrades in my salary but surprisingly, I kept trotting near my ’almost permanent’ post- it was saddening indeed’’ said Ms. Sebitla as she remembers her dusky past.
Regardless of the constant challenges she was facing, she kept coming to church and found hope and inspiration from the messages of Prophet Cedric.’ In August 2015, I then received a prophecy from the man of God who told me that I had bad luck but later assured me that August the following year I would smile. People of God, the prophecy was true because I had gone for 18 years in the same post and though I tried applying for promotion all my efforts were to no avail. I would send letters but I would not be called for an interview and no courtesy to tell me that my application was regretted was issued to me.’- she said.
Prior to her prophecy, Ms. Sebitla had attended an interview in June 2015 for a post she had applied for after she had mastered the faith that sprung from the abounding grace in 3G Ministries, she was now assured of her promotion. As she saw time flying past without her receiving an informative call regarding her interview, she almost gave up. Time tested her confession. Eleven months and she was still hoping that another opportunity would surface but none did, therefore she held on to her prophecy- ‘you will smile in August.’ In June 2016, Ms. Sebitla received an unexpected call informing her that she had progressed to the next lap of the interview. At long last the light of hope was shining in her life!
’’I prepared for the interview, prayed and ministered the Living water. I also had my living sticker with me throughout the interview process,’ she said. A month passed and while she was part of the congregation on the 2nd of August 2016, the man of God uttered a prophetic declaration and said, ‘all those who held your letters are releasing them now; receive your promotion and breakthrough in Jesus’ name.’ Ms Sebitla received these words with all her heart, she held onto an unshakable faith believing that her long awaited promotion had finally come. ‘On the 10th of August I received a call and was notified of my promotion. Instantly I let out a happy cry and thanked my God. Here I am now, it is now August and I am smiling just as the prophecy had said. I have been promoted to the post of Assistant District Aids Coordinator at a D4 scale.’Brethren I want to tell you that God blesses does not bless us so that we may boast but for the salvation of our souls.
