To many people, Mr. Joshua Maswabi’s plump stature signalled prosperity and well-being. Little did they know that beyond the physical, a dangerous condition laid low in silence; secretly operating in the life of the poor man. It had been seventeen years since Mr. Maswabi was troubled by chronic constipation. What started out as a mere bloated stomach later progressed into a condition which robbed him of good health.
He attested to the church that because of this condition, although he maintained a healthy diet, he could go for many days without easing himself. As a result of this, he was constantly bloated and developed a swollen stomach which attributed to his portly stature. Furthermore, he began experiencing a stiffened waist and severe back pains, making it difficult for him to carry on with daily life. Realising the severity of his condition, he ran helter-skelter from doctors to pharmacies in search of solution. He was then prescribed with laxatives that were medically proven to be the best remedy for his situation. At one point, he was even given a tablet which he had to insert in his rear-end in order to relieve the discomfort. However, the medication only provided temporary solution.
On the 18th of September 2016, Mr. Maswabi was privileged to be in the presence of God where he received a prophetic word that changed the history of his medical records. ‘’Pray for your waist. Your waist is stiff and I see you in a wheelchair but the Lord will rescue you’’– Prophet Cedric. Confirming the prophecy, Mr. Maswabi revealed that indeed, he had been experiencing a stiffened waist as a result he was unable to sit well, walk for long distances, had sharp back pains and could not relieve himself.
After receiving prayer from the man of God, constipation was swiped away from the history of his medical records permanently. Leaner and more energetic, he testifies that he no longer has a bloated stomach, he has lost weight and the excruciating waist pain is gone for good. Furthermore, he is now able to ease himself normally. Elated in his new found freedom, Mr. Maswabi gave thanks to God.
