Visiting 3G Ministries in 2011 was by far the best decision that Neo Phaladze has ever made. For a once distressed and heavily laden person, what she has become today is nothing but a miracle! During one of the services, the Spirit of God located her through Prophet Cedric who gave her a Prophetic word that she shall experience a great breakthrough in her academics. These were the words that the young lass had longed to hear because that had been her prayer for many years. Throughout her academic journey, she would repeatedly score very low marks despite the fact that she was a hard worker and as result she had failed her form five final exams dismally. After receiving the prophecy from the servant of God, she summoned the audacity to re-sit for all the subjects that she had failed. This was a gateway to greater things to come in her life; Neo managed to do exceptionally well and as such did not hesitate to apply for further studies.
She was admitted to study for a Diploma in Education (majoring in Mathematics) at Molepolole College of Education and she assets that throughout her studies she oftentimes astonished herself as she scored higher marks than her classmates, something that was just a mere dream during her secondary school years. She was greatly encouraged by the counsel of the man of God to the PPS as well as the congregation. As a result she worked very hard and to the best of her ability; meditating day and night on the words of prophecy that the man of God gave to her. The fruit of her hard labor paid off as today she stands before the congregation as a graduate- a fully qualified Mathematics teacher, all to the glory of God!
