Stagnancy and limitation had found a sovereign grip over Ms. Neo Montshiwa’s life for the past six years. Everything had geared off well when she started working in the year 2005, her career flourished as planned; she got appraisals time and again. However all this was short lived; in the year 2010, she was moved to another division in her company and since then promotion became but a dream. Though she toiled tirelessly with hope for elevation in no time, Ms Montshiwa found herself stuck in the post of Advisor for many years thus leading to her frustration. At one point she even desperately applied for promotion but her request was not considered. Having tried it all to solve this situation with no progress, she began to detest her job thus lost interest all together.
Battered and distraught, Ms. Montshiwa did not know who to turn to until a friend told her about 3G Ministries. Driven by her disappointments, she made Kopong her next call of post, believing that God would intervene for her. During one of the Sunday Service she was privileged to have an encounter with Prophet Cedric. The man of God addressed the issue of her career and ministered prayer to her, giving her conviction that God would settle her case. Lo and behold! In no time Ms Montshiwa received a call where she was invited for a job interview, by faith she ministered the Living water and prayed with the Living sticker, asking the Lord to see her through. Her petition was not amiss as the Lord granted her success; she did exceptionally well and even landed the post of Payables and Tax Manager. A post that comes with bountiful benefits; a salary of over P 38 000 and other benefits in kind.
Advising fellow congregants Ms. Montshiwa said “People of God, delay is a necessary process of preparation for those who wish to be permanent in their destined positions therefore, I urge you never to worry because God has the final say.” Crowning her testimony, Prophet Cedric referred to her as an “Educated Christian”, accentuating that the delay of her blessing for many years was necessary to prepare her for where she was going. “When God sees that where you are going is greater than you, He holds you a little. Our positions are not supposed to be greater than us.”
