“Knowing I had HIV virus in my blood was like I was given a death sentence, the nightmare created a raft of emotions which included, anger, fear, depression and shock. I started to join funeral insurance plans to prepare for my burial”.
Life suddenly turned black for Ms Malebogo Kgosientsho from Moiyabana as the terrible news was announced to her by the doctor that she was HIV positive in 2010. Apart from the emotional turmoil, she suffered symptoms such as high fever, general body pains and weakness. She lost all hope, knowing that naturally HIV has no cure, and she saw no reason to live again. “Ever since then I had lived a hopeless life, my mind was pervaded with death thoughts”, she lamented. What she could see was only death and this made her to live a fearful life under the bondage of HIV, a sickness that has been declared incurable by the medics. Malebogo’s health deteriorated at an alarming rate and her CD4 count dropped, a signal that her immune system was severely depressed. For her not to develop AIDS quickly, she was put on ARV therapy.
Lost in the world of misery and uncertainties about the way forward, this humbled her and brought her down to reality. Going through all those emotions allowed her to turn to God. Malebogo made a heart decision in 2014 to seek God’s intervention and that is when she landed in the Gospel of God’s Grace. On a fateful day she received a word of prophecy revealing the root cause of her life. She was then prayed for and the curse of HIV was broken.
It was then after she received this word of prophecy then she went for an HIV testing and to God be the glory, this time around she was found to be HIV negative. Standing before the congregation, she confidently she showed her before and after medical report that truly the Lord Jesus Christ has set free from the claws of the incurable disease; HIV.
As Malebogo journeyed in the realm of God’s word, the Grace did not just end with her healing. she attested that ever since she saw the Man of God visiting her home, there has been a 360 degrees turn in her life. Her career and finances have been reborn; God has moved her from a mere P800 to a total sum of P2,500 which comes with a bonus at the end of the year. Moreover she also has been able to sponsor her brother for a course which he recently graduated from. Her sister who had been struggling with school was also able to complete her course. Ms Malebogo never thought it would be able to invest on shares was also able to do so ever since the encounter she had with Prophet Cedric. As if that was not enough, there were two houses in the Kgosientsho compound which were used for reception of the corpse and traditional beer storage; the two houses collapsed, a clear indication that the wily-foe has packed his bags out of the Kgosientsho family.
Having seen the marvelous works God’s grace in her life, she found it fit for her to acquire the medium of the Living Water which she ensured that at all times, she prays and ministers in with faith. As God’s blessings are never temporary, God blessed the Kgosientsho family with two marriages which were celebrated in the year 2016, proving that indeed, the spirit of anti-marriage has also been broken for the glory of Christ. Concluding her testimony, she bared that her family is now swimming in the pool good health, blessing and peace all to the Glory of God.
