“They prophesied that I would never, ever get married no matter what, but God proved them wrong!” With that very statement, the atmosphere grew thick with anticipation as the congregation prepared to relish in the evidence of the glory of God in the life of Mr. Sechele.
For the forty six year old, marriage had become a far-fetched dream. He admitted that over a period of ten years, he had attempted to get married, all to no avail. In desperation and frustration of his fruitless toil, he began patronizing spiritualists, something which was common in the family which he grew up in. Contrary to his expectations, what he believed would open doors to a breakthrough turned out to be the last nail on the coffin; he was told that he was never meant to get married. Bewildered by this, he decided to patronize a different spiritualist but was told the very same thing. He explained that it was the finality of this “prophecy” that persuaded him to give up on marriage and align his lifestyle to ultimate bachelorhood.
Consequently, although he met his partner in the year 2012, he had no intentions of marrying her. In March 2015, he attended the Francistown for Christ Crusade with Prophet Cedric. His prayer point was solely the healing of his then-partner and now-wife, who was walking on crutches at the time. Approaching them on the prayer line, the word of prophecy from Prophet Cedric cut through Mr. Sechele’s life like a double edged sword; separating him from his doomed marital life; “This is your wife.”, said the Man of God.
Standing before the congregation of the Gospel of God’s Grace Ministries in the company of his doting wife and son, his testimony kept the congregation in suspense and anticipation as they awaited the results of the prophetic word. Without a doubt, the elated couple are evidence that a prophet shall say that which he will live to see accomplished. Mr. Sechele attested to the church that since the prayer he received from Prophet Cedric, the desire to get married was rekindled and to his surprise, things ran smoothly! Referring to his wife as the most beautiful woman in the world, he confirmed to the church that they were joined in holy matrimony in November 2016. In her counsel to the church, Mrs. Sechele advised the church to take heed to prophecy as it is not by man, but God Himself. To crown their testimony, the man of God revealed that a true prophet of God shall meet your need, not your want. “What the man wanted was the healing of his ‘girlfriend’, but what he needed was confirmation that this is his wife’. It was a word that contained breakthrough and deliverance from what satan had said about him.”, he concluded.
