As it was during the Acts of the Apostles of Jesus Christ, so it was at the Gospel of God’s Grace Ministries on one fateful day during the One on one prayer line with Prophet Cedric and Ms. Atang Bolokang’s life stands as testimony. When she met the man of God, her arm was clad in a plaster cast and supported by an elbow sling. Letting out a plea of faith, she believed God to rescue her from her predicament as well as the doctors’ suggestion; a surgical operation that would cost her an arm and leg.
According to her, the way the fracture came about is something of a mystery. As she got into her house, she had narrowly missed a step and in a fatal attempt to support herself, she fell, landed on her arm and suffered a fracture. Rushing to the hospital, she was referred for a non-invasive medical test that confirmed her fracture. As a result, the attending medics booked her for a surgical procedure which involved inserting a blade disc which would act as a permanent support for her fractured bone. However, this medical procedure would require Ms Bolokang a hefty amount of P36, 000!
Putting this new discovery versus her empty pockets, all hopes to be healed seemed to fade away. Reluctant to go through with the surgery, the doctors decided to support her arm with a plaster cast and an elbow sling to prevent further damage. Restricted to these, the health state of Ms Bolokang rendered her useless. She could not perform any household chores nor attend to her most intimate self- serviced errands such as bathing herself. Due to this, she became dependant on those who were around her.
When she attended the One on one prayer line with Prophet Cedric, she was forced to put the two currencies against each other; thousands of pula for cure versus faith in Jesus for healing. Seemingly in the footsteps of Apostle Peter, the man of God offered her, not silver or gold, but what he had; faith in Christ Jesus! Through a touch, Ms. Bolokang received her instant healing. Demonstrating for all to see, she wriggled her fingers and moved her arm about; something that she could not do before due to the excruciating pain. Giving all the glory to God, Ms. Bolokang said the following to the congregation, “When the man of God prayed for me, I felt heat all over my arm. Instantly, I felt lighter and was able to move my hand without any pains!”
